These Terms apply to solushuns.com, all related subdomains, and the hosted software services and tools we provide (collectively, the “Service”). Our platforms let our clients organize their records, manage their operations, and send communications such as email, text messages (SMS), and calls to people who have provided their contact information and appropriate consent.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only to contact people from whom you have obtained appropriate consent. You may not use the Service to send unsolicited or unlawful messages, to interfere with its operation, to gain unauthorized access to other clients’ data, or in any way that violates applicable law or carrier requirements.

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS communications from Solushuns. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change, and we are not responsible for issues arising from your carrier or device.
When you create an account, submit a request or interest form, tick a consent box on our website, or otherwise provide your contact information to Solushuns, you agree that we may contact you by email, telephone, and text message (SMS) regarding your request, your account, and the services you have asked about. If you provide a mobile number and opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies; you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time (see Section 3). Consent to receive marketing or promotional messages is never a condition of using the Service, and you may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us at support@solushuns.com.
Submitting an inquiry, demo request, or onboarding form through this website does not by itself create a paid subscription, contract, or obligation on you or Solushuns. A paid subscription begins only when an account has been provisioned and accepted in accordance with our then-current pricing and any applicable order form or subscription agreement. Communications you receive in response to an inquiry are intended to provide clarity and guidance only and should not be interpreted as pressure or a requirement to subscribe.
Some features of the Service are offered on a paid subscription basis. Applicable fees, billing frequency, and any per-feature pricing are presented to you before you enable a paid feature. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
When a client subscribes to Solushuns, the client enters and maintains its own business data within the platform, including records, configurations, user accounts, and operational settings (“Customer Content”). You retain ownership of your Customer Content. Solushuns processes Customer Content solely as needed to provide the Service, support the customer, and comply with law, as described in our Privacy Policy. Each subscribing client is responsible for the lawful collection, use, and disclosure of personal information about its own end users, including providing any required notices and obtaining any required consents.
Solushuns may use AI-assisted tools, chat systems, summaries, suggested replies, or other forms of automation to support communication, scheduling, and information delivery. These tools are designed to enhance clarity, responsiveness, and efficiency, but they do not replace professional judgment or individualized advice tailored to your specific circumstances. You remain responsible for the decisions you make using the Service.
The Service may integrate with, embed, or link to third-party services, including payment processors, email and SMS gateway providers, cloud hosting and storage providers, analytics platforms, and support tools. These third-party services are not controlled by Solushuns, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security, or terms of use. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that party’s terms and policies.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. No guarantees are made regarding specific business outcomes, revenue, uninterrupted availability, or particular feature behavior. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solushuns and its affiliates, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Use of the Service and its tools is at your sole discretion and risk.
