A note on roles. Businesses that subscribe to Solushuns use our platforms to run their own operations and to communicate with their own customers. For information a client enters or collects about their end users through a Solushuns-powered environment, the client is the party responsible for that data (the “controller”) and Solushuns acts as a service provider on the client’s behalf. This Privacy Policy describes what Solushuns itself collects and does. Each client is responsible for posting its own privacy notice to its end users.

We collect information you provide and information needed to deliver our services, including:

Account information — such as your name, email address, phone number, and company name when you register, request a demo, or set up a profile.
Contact and inquiry information — details you provide when you submit a form, opt in to be contacted, or send us a message, including the content of that message.
Client and business data — for active subscribers, the records, configurations, user accounts, billing contacts, and settings you enter to operate your Solushuns environment.
Communications — the emails, text messages, and call or message records you send or receive through our services, so the service can deliver and organize them.

This may include replies to a request you submitted, scheduling and booking confirmations, follow-ups, and account, transaction, or system notifications. Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further texts unless you opt back in. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS communications from Solushuns. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile Information Sharing Statement. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The categories of third parties described above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
